Our Contract With You

Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and AYN.

If We Cannot Accept Your Order: This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.
Our Products (Refurbished Nature)

Refurbished Status: You acknowledge that all goods sold by AYN are refurbished and not new. They have been previously owned and have undergone a rigorous inspection and restoration process.

Grading System: We use a specific grading system (e.g., Pristine, Excellent, Good) to describe the cosmetic condition of our devices. It is your responsibility to ensure you have read the grading definitions before purchasing.

Battery Life: We guarantee that all batteries will have at least 85% of their original capacity at the time of sale, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Costs: The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.

Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 24 – 48 hours. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier strikes), but we will contact you to minimize the effect of the delay.
Your Rights to End the Contract (Returns)

Change of Mind: For most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 30 days and receive a refund.

Condition on Return: Goods must be returned in the exact cosmetic condition they were received, with all accessories, and with all security “Find My Phone” or iCloud/Google accounts removed. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by your handling.
Warranty

Duration: Every device comes with a standard 12 months warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered: This covers technical defects and software malfunctions.

What is NOT Covered: Accidental damage (cracked screens), liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
